The overall objective of the DPG C is to assist the Government to develop its potential in promoting the arts and culture sector, and increase its capacities in: (i) conservation and promotion of tangible heritage; (ii) safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage; (iii) promotion of the diversity of cultural expressions; (iv) promoting of the role of culture in development, inter alia.
